Warranty Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Cubebox Solutions.

This Limited Warranty applies only to custom software developed and purchased from Cubebox Solutions.



What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any bugs and defects for “existing” features during the Warranty Period. New additional requests will not be covered.

During the Warranty Period, Cubebox Solutions will fix, at no charge, the parts of a software that proves buggy or defective, under normal use and maintenance. While there is no limit to the number of bug fixes during warranty, client should note that the maximum number of free re-releases, redeployment or republishing is 3.

*For development work on production environment, please backup before work commence. We will not responsible for data loss and/or service disruption during project progress.



How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for software purchased from Cubebox Solutions is 30 days (unless otherwise specified in contract) from the date of first installation or date of availability (whichever comes first). No warranty will be provided for time-based jobs and off-the-shelf software.



What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Third party modification;
  • System reconfiguration;
  • Hardware failure;
  • Unlicensed/Cracked software;
  • Source code encryption;
  • Network failure;
  • Malicious software/activity; or
  • Update/Upgrade to software or hardware dependency (including but not limited to Framework, Operating System, Plugin, Theme, API, Database)

Cubebox Solutions reserve the rights to void this warranty if any of the above events occurred.



What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

All bug reports (with detailed information including expected results, actual results, screenshot, steps to reproduce, device model/OS, browser, environment, software version etc) must be filed on a case by case basis through our support ticketing system at https://cubeboxsolutions.ladesk.com. The first response from us is normally within 1-2 working days.

Cubebox Solutions reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
